Lutron DT-2249A Stroboscope

Stroboscope uses the principle of flashing light to capture images. Also known as a flash light shines on a rotating object. Then take the capture frequency in frames per second (FPS) to calculate the speed of the rotating object. This will make the object look like it is at rest.
