The CEM DT-859B Multifunction Environment has been designed to combine the functions of a Sound Level Meter, Light Meter, Temperature Humidity Meter and a CFM/CMM Thermo-Anemometer (859B 5in1). CEM DT-859B It is an ideal Multifunctional Environmental Measurement Instrument with a number of practical applications for both professional and home use.
- The sound level function can be used to measure noise in factories, schools, offices, homes, etc., check the acoustics of studios, auditoriums and hi-fi installations.
- The Light function is used to measure lighting in the field. This is fully cosine corrected for the angular incidence of light. The light sensitive components used in the meter are silicon diodes which are highly stable, durable and long lasting.
- Humidity/Temperature uses a humidity/semiconductor sensor and a type K thermocouple.
- The CFM/CMM Thermo-Anemometer is suitable for use in a variety of applications, including plant maintenance operations, environmental analysis, fume hood testing and HVAC system assessment.
