Description Flaw Detector A1525 Solo

Compact, ergonomic and easy-to-handle Phased Array unit based on the Total Focusing Method for easy imaging of inspection objects with two-dimensional and three-dimensional visualization and evaluation of inspection results.

The instrument has an ultra-compact design and is housed in a lightweight, shock-resistant plastic housing. The 800 gram weight allows one-handed operation in hard-to-reach locations. Multi-SAFT image reconstruction technology offers unique defect detection capabilities and outstanding spatial resolution. Additional imaging and analysis functions are provided by the included INTROVIEW visualization software.

The instrument is equipped with two phased array transducers suitable for most typical ultrasonic welding tests. Additional transducers can be purchased for casting and forging inspections.
