The Nikon AX-2S Automatic Level with 20x magnification allows surveyors and construction professionals to take precise horizontal plane and angle measurement. Equipped with world class optics, it provides more detailed images and much less distortion, even in low light. Ideal for landscaping, deck building, driveway construction and more, this auto level has an internal compensator and is accurate up to 1/8 inch at 100 feet.
World-Renowned Optics
With a minimum focusing distance of 2.46 feet, AX-2S enables better performance in tight spots or on steep slopes. Featuring a built-in magnetic dampened compensator, this survey and construction tool levels the line of site within the range of ±16 arc-minutes and an accuracy of 0.5 arc-second. It also has a detachable eyepiece that lets you use an optional diagonal eyepiece prism for working in extremely close quarters.
Easy Setup and Operation
To ensure precise pointing and angular measurement, the AX-2S features a large focusing knob and horizontal tangent knobs with unlimited range. Its horizontal circle is clearly marked 360 degrees and it can be attached to both flat and spherical-head tripods.
Rugged and Reliable
The AX-2S auto level has an IP-52 rating that allows you to use it in light rain or dusty conditions. Compact and lightweight, it also features a friction brake that eliminates the need for horizontal alignment clamps, allowing for rapid rotation.
This Nikon automatic level comes with a hard carrying case, objective lens cap, adjustment tool, vinyl dust cover and 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
