Features Icom IC-F5130D Radio Rig VHF :
128 Channel / 8 Zone
This radio has a capacity of up to 128 channels and 8 zones. Channels are used to control different frequencies, while zones are used to divide these channels.
High Resolution LCD Screen
This Icom radio rig features a high-contrast LCD display with a wide 160-degree viewing angle. The black background enhances the contrast, making the displayed information easier to read, especially in less than ideal lighting conditions.
8 Character Alphanumeric Display
This Icom digital radio rig’s display can display up to 8 alphanumeric characters. This feature allows for clearer viewing of channel names, caller IDs, and other information.
Input/Output Interface for External Devices
The IC-F530D features an ACC connector for connecting various external devices. This VHF radio rig can be used to control external devices or be controlled by them. Additionally, this radio supports wireless data transfer, such as GPS data, barcodes, and telemetry.
Mode Digital & Analog
This Icom rig supports three main modes: Analog mode, conventional multisite Digital IDAS™ mode, and single-site trunking Digital IDAS™ mode. The rig can also migrate from analog to digital mode according to end-user requirements.
Military Standard MIL-STD-810G
This VHF rig is also made according to the military standard MIL-STD-810G to withstand extreme conditions, such as: shock, vibration, extreme temperatures, humidity and shock resistance.
Loud Speaker Sound
The IC-F5130D also features a 4-watt front-facing speaker that produces quite loud and clear sound. This speaker is especially useful for communicating in noisy environments or when using a headset.
Icom IC-F5130D Security Features
This original Icom VHF radio rig is equipped with advanced security features, such as: Lone worker, which detects user inactivity. If there is no use, the rig will issue a warning. If there is no response, automatic transmission begins to monitor the surrounding sound and check the user’s status.
Additional security features, such as: Power ON Password and Digital Voice Scrambler are also available.
GPS Position Display & Automatic GPS Send (External GPS Required)
By connecting an external GPS, this VHF radio rig can display the current GPS position and automatically transmit that position information at specified intervals. This feature is very useful for tracking the location of vehicles or personnel.
Program Button
This Icom mobile radio has four buttons that can be programmed by the user to perform various functions.
DTMF Auto Dialing Feature
The DTMF (Dual Tone Multi-Frequency) feature allows you to automatically dial specific phone numbers by pressing a few buttons. This feature is also very useful for accessing certain services or contacting emergency contacts.
Microphone Hanger Management Software
Users can program specific actions to be performed when the microphone is connected. For example, the radio can automatically switch to a different channel or activate certain features.
