The Icom IC-M510 is a sophisticated and easy-to-use marine VHF radio. It features Wi-Fi®, allowing you to control it from your smartphone . It also supports the DSC Class D emergency calling system, which helps ensure safety at sea.

Use the RS-M500 app (for iOS™/Android™) to remotely control the IC-M510 through Wi-Fi. Up to three smart devices can be used as a wireless microphone or remote controller in substitute for the COMMANDMIC™. Intercom function between your smart device and the radio is also available.

Advanced Control System

The Icom IC-M510 can be remotely controlled using the RS-M500 app (available for iOS™ and Android™) over a Wi-Fi® connection. Up to three devices can be used as microphones or controllers, replacing COMMANDMIC™. An intercom function is also available between the devices and the radio for internal communication on board.

Connect With AIS

The IC-M510 features an AIS ( Automatic Identification System ) receiver to display live vessel traffic information on the radio’s display. This information can be obtained from the internal AIS receiver or external NMEA data (from a third-party AIS receiver or transponder). From the AIS display, you can directly place individual DSC calls to selected AIS targets.
*Note: AIS receiver features depend on radio version.

Widescreen

The color display offers a nearly 180º viewing angle for maximum visibility from any angle. This display features high-resolution characters and clear function icons. The display’s night mode makes it easier to use in low light.

Lightweight and Easy to Use

At just 53.6 mm (2.1 inches) thick, this marine radio is slim and easy to install on a variety of vessels.

Navigation Made Easy

The navigation function on this original Icom marine radio guides you to a designated waypoint or AIS target. You can also store up to 100 different waypoints.

This marine radio speaker is designed to deliver clear sound even in noisy waters. This waterproof speaker supports a wide frequency range.

NMEA 2000™ Adapter to Hailer

Using the optional CT-M500, the IC-M510 can connect to a NMEA 2000™ network and provide bidirectional hailer/PA functionality. The CT-M500 and the radio can be connected via a Wi-Fi® network to facilitate placement of the device near the NMEA network connection point.

AIS Target Calling with MA-510TR

When connected to the optional MA-510TR Class B AIS transponder, the AIS Target Call feature allows users to make individual DSC calls directly without having to manually enter the MMSI number.
