The MITECH MT-2XCF Defect Measurement Tool can detect defects by observing the density of the adsorption magnetic powder. It adopts large capacity lithium battery.

The MITECH MT-2XCF Defect Meter is a fault detector on hard objects based on the principle that a leaking magnetic field can absorb magnetic powder. Utilizing a magnetic yoke of a ferromagnetic material workpiece. If there is a defect it will produce a magnetic field leakage which will absorb the magnetic powder. This device can detect defects by observing the density of the adsorption magnetic powder. It adopts large capacity lithium battery. With an inverter and phase switching signal processor to provide power to the detector, it solves the shortcomings of traditional magnetic particle detectors relying on 220V power supply.

This meter has low power consumption and can work continuously for more than 6 hours. And the battery can be charged when the detector is on and off. It is suitable for field testing. It can select the current frequency according to the depth of the defect with a unique frequency conversion communication design, which improves the detection sensitivity.
