Rion VM-63C Digital Vibration Meter is a vibration meter that is very easy to use and designed for maintenance and checking in industrial machines, especially in rotational machines. The integrated accelerometer and digital display eliminate the need for any cables, making on-site measurements easy and fast. It can be held in one hand and operated with a single button, combining great convenience with complete control of measurement.

- Pukuk held the tool in front of the object, measuring the vibration frequency with a wide range is very possible.
- The display readout shows either acceleration (m/s2 Peak), velocity (mm/s RMS), or acceleration (mm P-P).
- Measurements in unbalance, misalignment (low vibration frequency range) or bearing vibration (high vibration frequency range) are also possible.
- With a wide distance measurement design so there is no need to change measurement distances frequently.
- It is enough to press the MEASURE button to turn on the tool and if the tool is not used for a long time it will automatically turn off.
- Environmentally friendly because it uses a rechargeable battery (with Alkaline Battery it can be used for 50 hours in continuous use)
Measurement Procedure:
- Press the MEASURE button, and position the tool in front of the object and hold the vibration detector. Use pressure of about 500 g to 1 kg
when the MEASURE button is pressed, the vibration number will appear on the screen. - When releasing the MEASURE button pauses the measurement, the current vibration number can be read on the screen.
- To restart the measurement, just press the MEASURE button again and hold it down, and then you can take measurements repeatedly.
- If there is no measurement activity for 60 seconds, the tool will automatically shut down. vm-63c
