Kyoritsu 3123A High Voltage Insulation Tester, which is used to measure the value of resistance / resistance of the insulation that wraps the introductory material used in electric cables. Damage to the insulation will result in leakage of electric voltage which can endanger the user. Kyoritsu 3123 has been proven internationally, although there are also many competitors for measuring instrument manufacturers, but its position has so far been irreplaceable, especially in its home country, Japan.
