The Lutron DT-2199 Stroboscope LED & Battery Power is a test tool from LUTRON that is used to make cyclic rotating objects appear to be moving slowly or at rest.

There are 2 options for power tools:

1. using type D batteries (4 pieces)
2. using a 9 Volt DC Adapter)

Back light high visible LCD display gives exact reading with no guessing or error and saves battery energy.
High precision both for Stroboscope. measurement.
Use an exclusive one chip MICRO-PROCESSOR LSI-circuit and crystal time base to offer high accuracy measurement & fast measuring time.
