Features Thickness Gauge Calibration Blocks

The KUSOT-180 ultrasonic calibration block set is intended for initial checking and inspection on the manufacture of ultrasonic contact . However the KUSOT-180 calibration block is also used for verification, calibration and metrological certification of ultrasonic thickness gauges, the calibration block is used in the following ranges:

0,2-300 mm on steel
1-300 mm on duralumin
1-100 mm on brass

The kit consists of the samples, combined in sets and packed in a case and step calibration block (Wedge step calibration block) is used for adjustment and calibration of ultrasonic thickness gauges. Therefore the linear dimensions of the Step wedge calibration block are available individually based on customer request and in accordance with applicable regulations and technical documentation.
