Moisture Analyzer also known as Moisture Balance or Moisture Meter is a tool used to determine the air content (water content) of a sample. This tool consists of a weighing unit and an infrared heater.

Weighing capacity 50g and 100g, with the smallest weighing capacity of 0.001g. Fixing humidity 0.01%

Moisture Analyzer performs analysis using the ‘loss on drying’ (LOD) method. This is the most common method for moisture analysis.

Samples are weighed using the Moisture Analyzer weighing unit before and after drying/removal of air content. This is done by continuously recording the weight while the sample is heated and dried using a halogen lamp or other infrared radiator.
