- The portable SHL-140 hardness tester can directly measure HRC, HRB, HL, HB, HV and HS, hardness values. According to the international standard and the “ZBN7l 010-90” of the “hardness tester”, promulgated by the Ministry of machine industry, the “metal hardness test method GB/T 17394-1998” and “JB/T9378-2001 hardness standard” are issued by the state quality and Technical Supervision Bureau.
- The output of the alarm can set up the upper and lower limits of the hardness value in advance. It can automatically alarm over the range, and it is convenient for the user to test the batch.
- Measurement range: HLD (170~960); Digital display, menu type operation, simple and convenient operation. OLED LCD display screen, easy to use in any environment.
- The instrument is designed with ultra-low power consumption, using high-performance battery to achieve ultra long working and standby time, and more compact and flexible appearance design, which improves the flexibility of use.
- SHL-140 can be equipped with D type impact body, in reaching the extreme portable and realizing the powerful function of one machine and dual use, which greatly facilitates the user.
According to the measuring principle of the hardness of the Richter, a variety of metal materials can be tested for high precision. “Forging steel (Steel)” material is supported. When testing “forged steel” with D type impact device, the value of HB can be read directly without manual lookup. Conveniently switch to all the hardness models (HL, HB, HRB, HRC, HRA, HV, HS), parallel conversion of each hardness test value
Functional characteristics
The measuring function can be equipped with standard D type impact device, without the need to recalibrate and automatically identify the type of the impact device.
Data storage can store 48~350 groups (impact times 32~1), single measurement value, average value, date of measurement, direction of impact, frequency, material and hardness system.
